he Iftar Project – Qatar Charity 2026, implemented by Al Adaam Kitchen, aimed to provide freshly prepared, nutritious Iftar meals to fasting individuals and families throughout the holy month of Ramadan. The initiative was designed to support vulnerable communities by ensuring access to wholesome meals at the time of breaking the fast, reflecting the values of generosity, solidarity, and humanitarian responsibility.

Scope of Work

The project included the preparation, packaging, and daily distribution of high-quality Iftar meals in full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The scope of work included:

  • Planning and organizing the daily production schedule for Iftar meals.
  • Preparing fresh, balanced, and nutritious meals using high-quality ingredients.
  • Hygienic packaging and proper labeling of meals.
  • Coordinating logistics to ensure the timely delivery and distribution of meals to designated beneficiaries.
  • Implementing strict food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures throughout production and distribution.
  • Managing operational staff, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitoring daily operations and ensuring that production and distribution targets were achieved throughout the Ramadan campaign.

The project was successfully completed within the planned timeframe, contributing to the well-being of beneficiaries and supporting Qatar Charity's humanitarian efforts during the holy month of Ramadan.
