The Suhoor Project – Qatar Charity 2025, implemented by Al Adaam Kitchen, aimed to provide freshly prepared and nutritious Suhoor meals to fasting individuals and families during the holy month of Ramadan. The initiative focused on supporting vulnerable communities by ensuring access to healthy meals before the daily fast, while promoting the values of solidarity, compassion, and social responsibility.

The project included the preparation, packaging, and daily distribution of high-quality Suhoor meals in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards. The work covered:

  • Planning and organizing the daily meal production schedule.
  • Preparing fresh and balanced Suhoor meals using high-quality ingredients.
